Julianna Kolek
Julianna earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Master’s in Clinical Health Science, and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware. During her training, she also became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, allowing her to bridge evidence-based rehabilitation with performance-focused training.
Growing up with a mother who is a physical therapist, Julianna developed an early fascination with anatomy, movement, and injury recovery. As a competitive softball player for 15 years, she gained firsthand experience with the demands of sport, fueling her special interest in upper extremity injuries, throwing mechanics, and return-to-sport rehabilitation.
Julianna recently completed a clinical rotation in Columbia, Maryland, with a focus on sports injuries and post-operative recovery. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and backgrounds, with the goal of reducing pain, restoring function, and improving overall quality of life.
Outside of the clinic, Julianna stays active through running and weightlifting, and enjoys painting and baking. Whether she’s training for endurance races, experimenting with new workouts, or trying new recipes, she brings the same curiosity and dedication to her personal life that she brings to patient care.
