Elizabeth Mar earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Saint Louis University. Her clinical training has included complex orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular rehabilitation, which helped shape her interest in helping patients restore function, improve mobility, and return to the activities that matter most to them. Her experience in vestibular rehabilitation deepened her interest in balance, dizziness, and functional recovery, while her orthopedic and neurological training reinforced her appreciation for the close relationship between movement, function, and overall quality of life. Her particular passion for neurological rehabilitation led her to become PWR!Moves certified, allowing her to better help individuals improve their mobility, posture, quality of movement, and confidence in daily life. She is especially interested in using an individualized, whole-person approach to help patients progress safely and confidently.

Elizabeth previously competed in figure skating, an experience that strengthened her appreciation for fine-tuning movement and the importance of high-level physical performance. This background continues to influence her passion for rehabilitation and her interest in helping patients of all ages and activity levels achieve their goals. Outside of the clinic, Elizabeth enjoys traveling and being outdoors, activities that help her stay grounded and connected.
