She earned her B.A. in Exercise Science from Montclair State University before obtaining her Massage Therapy License from New York College of Health Professions. With eight years of experience as a practicing Massage Therapist in New York City, Catalina specializes in medical and sports massage, often incorporating IASTM techniques into her treatments. She believes that combining movement with manual therapy enhances individual performance in daily life and extracurricular activities. Passionate about women’s health, Catalina is also a Certified Pre/Postnatal Massage Therapist and holds a Complete Lymphatic Drainage Certification.
