Ischemic Conditioning Techniques A FULL BODY MANUAL THERAPY TECHNIQUE THAT HARNESSES THE HEALING EFFECT OF BLOOD FLOW OCCLUSION

LEARN HOW TO HEAL TISSUE FROM INJURY WITH A SIMPLE FRAMEWORK

ICT By Stroma

ICT by Stroma provides a framework to apply Ischemic Conditioning to treat injuries in the musculoskeletal system and other organ tissues throughout the body . This novel method provides a safe and clinically applicable method for practitioners to use to optimize healing and recovery of damaged tissue.

Through our all-in-one vascular, neural and myofascial technique, each clinician can elicit the mechanisms of ischemic conditioning by affecting both the vascular and neurovascular supply. We train our practitioners to evaluate and treat a patient using a myofascial map and derive a treatment strategy with ease and confidence. Sessions become quicker, more efficient and effective while saving your hands and body from injury.

Our Program

ICT by Stroma has created a framework to apply Ischemic Conditioning to treat injuries in the musculoskeletal system and other organ tissues throughout the body. As seen in literature, tissues that have undergone injury, such as in the heart, brain and musculoskeletal system, can repair quickly and more effectively if brief and transient bouts of blood flow occlusion are applied to the body prior to, during and after an insult has occurred. This has been termed Ischemic Conditioning. Our all-in-one vascular, neural and myofascial technique can be applied prior to an injury, called Ischemic Pre-Conditioning, during an injury, called Ischemic Per-Conditioning and after an injury has occurred called Ischemic Post-Conditioning. See our courses below to begin your path to improved patient care and outcomes just by using your hands.
