Catalina Jaramillo was born and raised in New Jersey. She attended Montclair State University, in New Jersey, where she received her B.A in Exercise Science. Thereafter, she received her Massage Therapy License at New York College of Health Professions.

Catalina has been a practicing Massage Therapist for 7 years in New York City. She specializes in sports and medical massages as well as the practice taping, cupping, and scraping. She also has a Massage Therapy certification in prenatal and postnatal care.

She is currently working toward a personal trainer certification as well as attending Physical Therapy school in 2024.
