With a sound understanding of the three systems that keep you upright (Visual, Vestibular, and Somatosensory), we approach balance training with a combination of manual therapy and exercise prescription that targets all three systems. From throwing a ball while standing on one foot, to basic trunk stabilization while lying on your back, to neural flossing techniques to help improve sensation at the bottom of the foot, your balance training program is specified for your needs.
