Zahava Sokolow received her doctorate in Physical Therapy at Hunter College, she is also is certified Pilates instructor through Niche Pilates while supplementing her Pilates education through Ellie Herman Pilates. Zahava has experience in a variety of settings including outpatient care, male and female pelvic health, and intensive care for neonate, pediatric, and adult patients. She prioritizes patient connection and complimentary use of her Physical Therapist and Pilates skills in every group and private sessions. In her free time you can find Zahava writing and recording music, hanging out in every park New York City has to offer, or teaching group classes at a variety of local studios.
